You cannot purchase the phone out right even after the release date at least 30-60 days after. Apple has restricted all stores from selling them out right. The only way you can get the phone preordered is if you go through your carrier. (Att Next Plan) If you want to purchase out right you have to purchase from Apple until they lift those restrictions. No, you cannot purchase the phone with the Best Buy credit card until Apple lifts the restricts, they want the money for the company if you’re going to buy outright and restricts others from gaining from it.
