I've had the apple IPod 7th gen for a few weeks now, the battery life is pretty amazing, i'd say about 17-19 hours. I'm not sure how much longer than the 5th or the 6th because I never owned those gens.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure about the processor. I would suspect the battery life would be "up to 10 hours". Knowing Apple it'll probably be below that. They make a quality product with the exception of their batteries. For whatever reason they can't seem to make a good one. In the store it didn't look any different than the 6th generation.
