Only if you have a splitter adapter where you can plug in both the charger lightning cord and this adapter with headphones. That is unless you charge wirelessly.

Not unless you get an adapter that supplies you with both ports. This one takes up the charging port and only allows a 3.5mm jack into it. Belkin sells a charger and jack adapter at BestBuy

I don't think you can because the phone end of the adapter is where your charger would connect.

Unfortunately no. Unless you have a pair of Bluetooth headphones or charging pad. Depending on what generation iPhone you have, you having this adapter will be using up the only spot where you can plug your headphones or charger.
