“Will this work to play music in my USB portion my car ? My Bluetooth doesn’t work so I need to use an aux cord”

I am not for sure which iPhone you have but I can tell you from experience that it works great for my iPhone XR that I have. I needed to purchase it to use the AUX in my car as well because I prefer using that over the Bluetooth for some reason. LOL Anyway, point is, I would say it should work just fine for what you're needing it for. Good Luck!

This is designed to plug in a 3.5 stereo plug - it does not have a USB plug. You'll need a different adapter; a lightning to USB adaptor for your use, like the one that comes with a charger

Yes. I use this in my car to play music on my iPhone 11 with an aux cable.
