“I’m looking for something that connects iPad to HDMI to watch streaming Netflix, etc. The manufacturer of the RV said that I do have HDMI on the back of the TV (Insignia in an RV) that will help me connect to Netflix? It’s not a smart TV.”

Please try again later.I think you need the HDMI adaptor cable for the back of your tv, this plug is used if you have a Aux in your car and want to play it over you car stereo with the appropriate jack for your car, this can also be used for connecting head phones to your phone if you don't like the earbuds
