Magnets around computer devices are damaging. How could this be safe? Eventually won't it start to affect the screen? null

What magnets can damage, are storage devices based on magnetic storage (not SDD) or other parts that uses small magnets. I’m also sure Apple has done extensive research and design the Magic Keyboard to not harm their product iPad Pros in any way while using the keyboard. 

I have placed my iPad Pro with the Magic Keyboard case, on top of my laptop and desktop with no incidents.

I’ve read about this concern and to my knowledge and memory Apple technicians claim the magnets will not lessen screen performance or satisfactory service life.

Magnets don’t effect solid state memory which is what is used in tablets like the iPad as opposed to standard platter style hard drives which are commonly used in standard basic computers (laptops and desktops).
