It will charge your AirPods 4 but they won't stick to it with magnets. You will need to set it flat and put them on top for it to charge. The AirPods 4 case is too small to include the MagSafe magnets.

Also we recommend you to use apple adapter and cables with your device because it affects your battery health.” So… it will work, but I don’t know if you will get the promised fast charging speeds from it.
