QuestionWere these destined for sale in Japan originally? I know there is a shutter sound that can't be turned off on Japanese phones. A friend of mine bought a phone from Best Buy that had this problem and I would not like to repeat that.

- Answer Personally, I don't suggest this phone to anyone if you ask me. My phone looked good, there only a small minor scratch on the body, only visible if you look at carefully. Cons: I feel more radiation on this phone than my previous Samsung. Heats up a lot while using GPS or playing a youtube video on the cellular network. Yesterday speaker stopped working for Whatsapp call (could be a WhatsApp application issue). NOT satisfied.
