- Answer If preowned means refurbished, then yes. I purchased this phone for my brother-in-law and he hasn’t had any issues. It is unlocked which is great if your carrier accommodates with their own SIM card. I have a 64GB for 4 years and I love mine. No problems. Hope I could help you.
