its a new condition or used? null

It was a used phone AND condition was not good. I Need to return it back to BEST BUY as i was very disappointed with this purchase. I contacted customer care and told them that I was out of the country until mid Jan and BB agent on chat said i could return once I am back in the country for a FULL REFUND by Jan 31, 2021.
