- Answer If your Sim card fits yes you can just insert it. It will work with any carrier but you have to have that carriers Sim card.

- Answer I ended up returning the phone. I got the wrong model. And don’t return it to the store. They won’t take it. If you have to do a return, send it back to the online store. An address is provided.

- Answer Able to use AT&T home WiFi on my phone. I have a different cell phone carrier so I don’t know but it should work. You would probably need to go to AT&T service center and purchase a SIM card or if you already have a SIM card with AT&T, get it transferred to the new refurbished phone.

- Answer You need a sim card for your cellular carrier (Verizon, sprint, total wireless etc). This phone is “unlocked” -meaning you can use any carrier you wish. Since each carrier has its own sim card, you will need to purchase it separately. Mine was $1.00 for the Total Wireless SIM.
