• If you have a new MacBook you will need a USC to USC adapter to attach a Super Drive.

• It comes with a short cord maybe 12”. It connects to the computer with a USB. The USB connection also powers it.

• New computers unfortunately have usb c and the supet drive is regular usb so uou need the adapter i did purchase from best buy usb to usb c adapter by Apple
