• As far as I know, it should? I have two Superdrives, one for my iMac & MacBook Pro. The one I use on my iMac is about 3 years old and always works fine. The 2nd one is new and I've only used with my MacBook Pro for a couple of months, so can't give you a really honest answer. I assume it should be fine as well when updates are implemented...
