QuestionI bought a Sony Bravia 4K Tv from BestBuy several years ago (XBR55X800B) and I cannot download the Disney+ app. If I buy the Apple TV 4K product and attach it will I be able to then subscribe and stream Disney+ on it?

- Answer I had an older Apple TV that was second generation and too old to use the new Disney +. After purchasing the new devise, I subscribed to the Disney + and was able to download it.

QuestionI live in Tennessee and have dish as my cable provider. No option for NFL Sunday ticket. Can I use AppleTV and the Fox app, CBS app, etc to stream those games, or is it only going to stream my local Titans games?

- Answer You can download those apps and you may be able to get the games you’re looking for. They have the NFL Sunday Ticket app for Apple TV that you can also download, but it appears that is for direcTV. You can get the NFL app on Apple TV and get access to out of market (subscription required).

QuestionI ran the Apple TV hdmi to tv and optical out to VIZIO soundbar. Problem is the sub doesn’t work with Apple TV? Sub Works with direct tv reciever and my blue ray player but not Apple TV. Anybody experiencing this?

- Answer You did not indicate where the sub is connected to? The coolest thing available with Apple TV is through the Apple play it uses the Bluetooth signal to connect to a compatible receiver that is connected to your wireless network. So all sound can be sent to your audio wirelessly.

- Answer That is not true, the other answer "heard that they won't" make Amazon app for ATV(or whatever exactly they said). At Apple's Event on 9/12/17, they said again, that this year Amazon Primes's app w/original content will be on Apple TV 4K and other gen's too. However, obviously the 4K/UHD/Dolby Vision content will only be available on "Apple TV 4K" w/material that supports those formats. This is current information, Amazon has also announced/said this year they will have an app for ATV! Hope you enjoy if you get it!

QuestionWas anybody actually able to get this(the 64GB model) I ordered mine on 9/15 (the first day it went on presale) at 5am and I got an email this morning that it was backordered till October 21st. The original email said it was going to be delivered on 9/22

- Answer My understanding is that you have to go to the apps button, blue, and download the app for Netflix, for example. The devise doesn't come preloaded. Call your cable company for help. I did and then they connected me with Apple support. The service was great.

- Answer The reason for the more GB is just Incase you like to download music, movies or tv shows the storage could fill up pretty quick. Otherwise they are the same units.
