At Apple's Event on 9/12/17, they said again, that this year Amazon Primes's app w/original content will be on Apple TV 4K and other gen's too. However, obviously the 4K/UHD/Dolby Vision content will only be available on "Apple TV 4K" w/material that supports those formats. A:AnswerMy understanding is that you have to go to the apps button, blue, and download the app for Netflix, for example. The devise doesn't come preloaded. Call your cable company for help. I did and then they connected me with Apple support. The service was great.
