“I have an ipad 2 with many photos on it. The storage is full however I have plenty of room on my icloud subscription. What is the best way to move those photos onto a usb flash drive or my HP computer?.”

For an iPad to work with a flash drive you need the updated operating system, 13. If you have that you can use this to plug a flash drive into it. If not, then your iPad isn’t compatable with flash drives. Then you would need to upload them to the cloud directly from your iPad, and then you could download them onto your computer. If you go to settings, general, about, it will tell you what operating system you have. The new operating system just came out about a month ago.
