Can I use this to see my Netflix from phone to the tv null

I don't think you can, the adapter that I use for that purpose to view Netflix from my phone to the TV is the Apple - Lightning Digital A/V Adapter, you're also going to need an HDMI cable to connect the adapter to your TV.
