no, actually that’s not true. You must read all of the warranty information and comply. register the warranty information online. Keep your receipt. Proof of purchase follow through all instructions if you’re missing something and you leave something out that will cause the problem.

It does cover your AirPods once you lose them they can’t help you but if you have them on you and they are damaged and you them you can them fixed
