“I bought the apple Ipad 9.7 in March of 2018 . I also bought the Applecare at the same time. I need help to find out how I can get my screen fixed and where do I send it whatever else I need to do. Thank you”

• I would recommend making an appointment at an apple store and they should be able to replace the screen at the store.

• I would call Apple support and see if there’s an Apple store where you live. I’m not sure if apple care covers the cracked screen but they’d be able to tell ya and I’m sure the Apple store could replace it but not sure of the cost.
