• You might be able to purchase the apple care for the 9.7 if you return the iPad Pro. I think the apple care would be $69.

• Best Buy’s return policy should allow you to return the iPad and AppleCare within the 14 days. Just make sure to return the AppleCare or you’ll just receive the refund for the iPad while the AppleCare remains attached to the iPad. Hope this helps.
