If it’s within the 2 years, then take it to the Apple store (make an appointment). If it’s not covered anymore, then you could get an estimate from Apple. If it’s a broken screen, there are many YouTube videos on how to replace them (it’s fairly easy) and a lot cheaper if you do it yourself.
