With liquid glass screen protectors, they have a lifetime warranty meaning that if your screen breaks they will pay for the repairs. I don’t know if it’s like that with other screen protectors. The screen protector company will reimburse you after you get your phone fixed and submit required documents such as the repair bill. With apple care there’s usually a deductible and the price for deductible depends on what type of phone you have. You may want to call apple to see what your options are.
