I believed it does work with any device. I have an android and it works perfect. You will have download the Arlo app to access the cameras. You don't need to have Alexa, and yes it does have a night vision.

I have a iPhone and Arlo does have a app to view your cameras. I’m sure it’s compatible on all devices and it has a good spot light for night video

All Arlo Cameras can be connected to the Arlo Secure App which you can download from your smart device. Alexa is not required to use Arlo Cameras.
