Arlo support....you keep responding with your blanket response. The issue is they simply aren't working anymore since your last firmware update. Prior to the update they worked properly and always would start charging as soon as the battery went under 100%. Since the update they wouldn't automatically charge anymore. PLEASE find a fix for this issue and STOP pretending that they are working as they should be...THEY AREN'T!!!
