How do I get a replacement for armor edge iPhone 12 null

It's easier just to buy another.

You can’t. At least not with a plastic case that your iPhone 12 will properly fit in. Armor Edge sells the same undersized plastic holder and their customer service refuses to respond to my inquiries.

The package should of came with 2 in it. If not the little Pamphlets inside the packaging tell you how to get a replacement one. You’ll need your receipt for proof of purchase. But if you don’t have pamphlets go to their website
