• yes upload then burn But it will not work direct you have no software to run it or a way to view what your doing without a computer

• Yes, you can connect the DVD Writer to a computer in order to successfully transfer your movies from mini-DVD to a standard size. The camera needs to be connected to your computer, not on the DVD Writer.
