Nate asked 2 weeks ago, "when will this card be made available", even if you don't know yet, in 2 weeks it would be appreciated if someone could acknowledge the question even if the answer is "we don't know yet". Please don't go under because of poor customer service. I actually like BestBuy but have NOT been happy with the customer service in several years. I really want BestBuy to succeed. Please do better.
