“When I run a slideshow in portrait view only the top half of the photo displays, sometimes top half of one photo and bottom half of next photo. This new monitor is also causing lag time and screen tearing with Adaptive-Sync set to on. Hate to return”

To resolve the issue, please verify if the computer meets the system requirements of the monitor. If it does, check if the chipset and video driver for PC are up to date.
