• no, it does not. it just happens to be that asus advertises them together.

• from what i can gather--overseas distribution had the Bundle package. It is worth the effort to call Asus direct and speak to customer service, be a task to get satisfaction for this high-cost item. one even got the mouse pad mat too boot.
