I bought this laptop 25 days ago and received it today in Bangladesh. While starting it up in the initial set up I could hear the voice commands and the was on but it was a black screen. What should I do regarding this? Why is this happening? null

@Asus, it doesn't help. I want to claim my warranty. How do I do it?

Please turn off the laptop (press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds until the Power light is OFF to force shut down) and remove the AC adapter, then press and hold the Power button for 40 seconds to do Hard reset. If problem persisted, please unplug the AC adapter and drain the battery fully. Once completely drained, plug the AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery was charged.
