Does this come with a soft touch finish null

It is a mildly textured hard plastic surface. I’m not concerned with it degrading over time like some other “soft touch” items I have owned.

More or less. It doesn't feel metallic like most laptops for sure. Have to say, it's a magnet for fingerprints and oils, but nothing you can't stand.
