Boxes are dirty from shipping but should be fine. Check for bad pixels and any frame issue to be sure it wasn't damaged.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did, multiple times with my returns. Also, a little dust on the inside, even on the laptop itself. As long as the device is ok and working fine, I wouldn’t worry about it, though.
