Yes, you can connect your Xbox controller and simultaneously use your Bose Bluetooth headset.

You should be able to hook both up simultaneously without issue. I checked on the manufacturers website for you, and the specs of the chip they put in here. I do not have the same equipment to test this on my end, but you can indeed hook up multiple bluetooth devices at once.
