“Is it normal that when the laptop is plugged in with the included adaptor that it still drains faster than it is charging? I played Unreal Tournament for 1 hour and the battery went from 93% to 72% while plugged in.”

• I asked and resolved this issue it was on my side the battery backup was on battery and was low. It is doing great now and charges extremely fast.

• That's not normal, you need to consider where you are plugging the laptop into. Could it be a bad outlet or bad protector etc.? Try a different outlet and if it keeps happening, then consider having it looked at/returned.
