This laptop does not have an optical drive to burn a video onto a DVD, however it's absolutely possible to make the file itself with this computer. There is lots of free software out there. You would need a separate DVD writer drive to plug in and burn onto a DVD.

Not unless you use an external DVD reader I guess. It has no DVD drive, so I'm unsure if you can if you plug in an external drive but it's windows 11 so it should be possible.

This laptop doesn't have an internal DVD drive, you need to connnect an external USB DVDROM in order to burn, record or make DVD videos.
