“Will this have the max-q or max-p rtx 3070. There's a big difference between the two but I can't find that information anywhere. That makes a huge difference in performance. I'm thinking that it will be 20%-25% difference in fps.”

In a nut shell, it is an Overclocked Max-Q. 100mhz Overclock.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Live Chat wasn't sure at first but eventually said it is not MAX-Q because MAX-Q is generally put in the product title. So I took it as its the non MAX-Q or what people call the MAX-P. FYI MAX-P is only used by customers and is not an NVIDIA or manufacturer term. So if you don't see MAX-Q you can assume its MAX-P
