“When adding 32GB of DDR 4 3200MHZ Ram my clock speeds dropped down to 2667 MHZ via CPUZ. I removed the ram and the system went down to 1600mhz as expected being single channel versus dual. Any one else experience this, Next step is t a different 32GB stik”

Please verify if the RAM does have the same speed and default settings was loaded in the BIOS. Verify CPUZ is Windows 10 compliant and the laptop is running with the most current BIOS version.
