• Yes, small adjustable, magnetic be sure you have enough room in your case for the card length, it's HUGE.

• Yes, it does. Don't listen to that idiot Eric's answer. He clearly is a dope and is providing wrong info. it comes with anti-sag bracket, and I suggest you use it for extra support on the back end of this heavy card.

• No, it does not. It is a beefy card. I know the shroud is solid on the card and newer MBs have come with reinforced PCIe slots to help with the sag. I don't seem to have a problem with sagging TBH. But I do understand the concern.
