No. Use a USBC splitter like a Satechi. They say it won't charge your device but it actually does. Ensure to use at least 100W charger to support power for both devices.

There is no connectors on it other then single usb-c. So, i dont think so. Quality of the picture is better then on others i tried though. Most likley it will be used sitting on a table so should not be a big issue with power
