A:AnswerAm not sure what you mean by announce only. I am not too good with technology and am starting to learn to use the phone. When I get a call and there is a caller id the machine says a call from say California and one of the cordless phones says that too. I only have only in use haven't done the other. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerIt would help to know what phone you are referring to. If you are discussing an apple product you can purchase a lightening connected head set. If not you will need the lightening adapter that came with the phone. Android I would say yes.
