“If I am on the phone and there is an incoming call, does this phone announce who is calling in?”

I have only had this phone system about 3 weeks, and the only experience I can confirm is that if an incoming call is trying to connect, a "buzz" will sound in the receivers ear. I have seen no announcement on the base or handset with name or number of the caller.
