Yes this phone system can be used with spectrum

Whereas these are AT&T specific branded phones, the feature more specific to them is the call blocking as I understand it. I however have Ooma phone service which is internet phone or wireless phone, and they work just fine. The call blocking feature seems to work as well since I have not received any spam or robo calls. If the person on the sending end isn't programmed into your phone or doesn't ID themselves at the prompt, it will get blocked unless you answer it or it goes to voicemail.
