you would have to contact Best Buy, but I believe they are not refundable.

You need to call the Best Buy where you bought it and see. On here only other purchasers of the product are the ones that answer questions, not Best Buy.

You need to look at Best Buy's return policy regarding these prepaid cards. You should be able to check this online instead of asking someone to do it for you.
