“Dose it announce a person name when a call is coming in? When someone is calling in, dose it a now the owner of that phone number? I need this function because it would be useful to know who is calling before picking up the phone.”

So if the call comes in with "Cellphone GA", that is what the announcement will say. It only says the person's name if that is what shows up when they call you. Hope this helps.
