• I have AT&T prepaid. I just go to the payment page in my online account where they list several payment options including "credit card" and "prepaid code". I click on the option for prepaid code, key in the code and click submit. The system indicates the code is accepted. To be sure, I check my "balance due" which should be reduced by the value of code. Hope this helps.
