No. You need to go through the providers for the airline/flights specifically for any in air connectivity. Regular telco networks do not work above 5k feet - the service you get on planes is specific to orbit - the concept of inflight wifi originally was a modification of the old “phones in the back of seats” network - which is an entirely different spectrum band - but now most are satellite based. There’s no way around that in any way - but the tech has improved tremendously and it’s no longer no longer all users tethering to that old super antiquated “plane cell phone” network- the Satcom technology is making 5g a reality.
