GETTING ANOTHER HANDSET FOR THIS IS ONLY POSSIBLE BY BUYING THE BOX THAT CONTAINS TWO HANDSETS . LOOK FOR IT AT BEST BUY OR GO TO STORE TO ASK IF YOU CAN PURCHASE THIS MODEL HANDSET . THE CORD IS ABOUT TWO FEET LONG ON MINE BUT YOU MIGHT WANT TO GET A SEPARATE HANDSET CORD AT BEST BUY. MAKE SURE IT IS AT &T PRODUCT. THEY HAVE DIFFERENT LENGTHS FOR SALE . BRING YOUR BASE TO THE STORE TO ASK THE CLERK TO SEE IF THE CORD END FITS INTO THE SLOT. NO TUCKING UNDER THE CHIN .
