Can I use this with a speaker that has a 3.5 output. null

It would need to be a powered type speaker with a 3.5 mm stereo INPUT and you would need an adapter cable to connect the turntable to it. Use a dual RCA (female) to single 3.5 mm stereo male mini-plug type adapter cable.
