Yes it does. The AT-LP120XBT-USB-BK Turntable includes our AT-VM95E Cartridge. The cartridge comes mounted, wired and aligned on our AT-HS6 Headshell.

No cartridge, head or stylus came with the record player. Bought all 3 from the company.
