Either, but there would be no advantage in replacing the cartridge as it is the same cartridge internally that you have now. If you replace the provided green elliptical stylus with the AT-VMN95ML red Microlinear replacement stylus, you will now have the equivalent of an AT-VM95ML Cartridge.
