• Don't know what a Sonos 5 is BUT this turntable DOES have RCA OUT jacks for L and R (and grounding screw).

• Hello Friend No you cannot do that because the turntable does not have a pre amp. you must plug in to a receiver with a input of PHONO

• You will need a dual RCA (female) to single 3.5mm stereo male adapter cable to connect the turntables provided dual RAC cable to the Line In port on the back of the Sonos 5 speaker. Make certain that you set the preamp selector switch on the back of the turntable to the LINE position.
